Sizing: Created by craftsmen using artisan skills, all rugs are individually handmade. As a result, our rugs can vary by 5% from the size ordered.
Custom Sizes: Most of our rug designs can be tailored to a custom size to suit your space. Please contact us and we will get back to you with a cost and timeline on the production of your new custom rug.
Delivery Notes: By providing a residential delivery address, you acknowledge that the rug may only be delivered to your door, and you may be required to assist the driver with unloading the rug. Please note that steep driveways, stairs, or restricted access may prevent delivery to your door. In such cases, your order may be redirected for collection from the nearest freight depot.

You can order a rug sample by going to the 'Rug Loan Sample Deposit' product page. It's a good idea to check in with us first to see if the one you're after is available—we're also happy to offer advice if you're not quite sure what might suit your space. If you're feeling unsure about where to start, just give us a call—we're always happy to help. A $50 deposit applies, which is fully refunded when the samples are returned.
