Where can I visit your store?
We operate exclusively online and don't have a physical storefront. We have two online stores: one for Australia and one for New Zealand. Our head office is located in New Zealand, but rest assured, all Australian orders are processed and shipped promptly within Australia.
Some select items—such as our New Zealand wool throws—are shipped from New Zealand and will be clearly marked as such. These items may have a slightly longer delivery time, with an estimated timeframe provided in the item description.

Is the item in stock and ready to dispatch?
If an item doesn’t say "pre-order" or "sold out," it is in stock. It’s always good to double-check when purchasing an expensive item such as a rug. We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally there may be discrepancies. Please contact us to check.
An item is out of stock—will it be coming back in?
Sometimes, we remove it from inventory to prevent overselling, so there may still be one left. Please contact us to check availability. If it's fully out of stock, restocks are often on the way—get in touch for an estimated restock date.
Returns
Can I return an item of décor if it doesn’t suit my space?
Some items/brands can be returned, but not all. Please review our Returns Policy carefully before purchasing.
