Returns Policy
At Ink & Brayer, we aim to make your shopping experience enjoyable and hassle-free. Most items can be returned within 30 days for a store credit, exchange, or refund to your original payment method, with some exceptions outlined below.
Please note: Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. For rugs eligible for return (see exclusions below), please notify us within three working days of delivery if you plan to return the item. We may need to receive your return sooner than 30 days.
Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Weave Home Rugs
- Tribe Home Rugs
- Weave Home cushion inners (Covers can be returned)
- Outlet items
- Sale items discounted by over 25%
- Custom or special orders
- Gift cards
Return Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please note the following fees:
- Baya items have a 10% restocking fee.
- Items paid for using Afterpay incur a 5% fee.
- Items not returned in their original packaging or with tags intact will incur a 25% restocking fee.
- If a return does not meet the eligibility criteria (see below), it will not be eligible for a refund. Should you wish to have the item sent back to you, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags. Please use a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, and items should be packaged carefully to avoid creasing or damage that could prevent resale.
How to Return
Email us at hello@inkandbrayer.com.au with your order number, the name used when placing the order, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide a return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned item and it is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Funds may take some time to clear.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly. We will request photos of the damage and arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs. Please note that delays in notifying us may affect our ability to offer a replacement due to supplier agreements.
Order Errors
If we made an error with your order, we’ll resolve it quickly and cover any additional shipping costs to make it right.
