We’re a small team who take time to understand your space, share honest advice and help you find what belongs.
Free on orders of A100 and over, and a flat A10 under that, to any Australian street address.
Most orders ship from the brand’s Australian warehouse and arrive within 1 to 10 working days, depending on where you live, with remote areas taking up to two to three weeks. A few ranges come from overseas and take longer, such as Orla Kiely and Marimekko rugs from the Netherlands, and those product pages show the expected delivery time.
Most items can be returned within 30 days. Some rugs can’t be returned, so please check our Returns page before buying. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you choose the right rug for your home.

We post samples of Baya and Tribe Home rugs, and some other brands, to your door for a refundable deposit. Just get in touch and we’ll tell you whether a sample is available. Weave Home rugs and other products can be seen at Warwick Fabrics showrooms in most capital cities.
We’re an independent home décor business founded by designer Bren Sutton, specialising in floor rugs alongside cushions, throws and bedding. We have online stores in Australia and New Zealand, with our head office in Auckland, but almost everything on this store ships from the brand’s own Australian warehouse.
