Created by craftsmen using artisan skills, all rugs are individually handmade. As a result, our rugs can vary by 5% from the size ordered.

Absolutely! We can guide you to the right categories and sizes by asking a few simple questions. It's a great idea to connect with us early in the process, but we're happy to help at any stage.

Are your colours true to what is shown online? +

We do our best to ensure our images reflect the true colours and textures of each piece. That said, colours can look different depending on your screen settings. If you'd like a better sense of a rug's tone or detail, feel free to get in touch—we're happy to send through extra photos or help guide you further.

Are your rugs ethically manufactured? +

Yes—at Ink & Brayer, we're careful about the rugs we choose to offer. We work with trusted suppliers who are committed to ethical manufacturing, fair working conditions, and responsible sourcing. See our responsibility page for more information.

How do I request a sample? +

You can order a rug sample by going to the 'Rug Loan Sample Deposit' product page. It's a good idea to check in with us first to see if the one you're after is available—we're also happy to offer advice if you're not quite sure what might suit your space. If you're feeling unsure about where to start, just give us a call—we're always happy to help. A $50 deposit applies, which is fully refunded when the samples are returned.
